PURCHASING GIFT VOUCHERS Gift vouchers can be purchased like regular items. Once you have purchased a gift voucher and it has been successfully activated after payment, the amount will appear in your shopping cart. You can then send the desired amount via email using the "Send Voucher" link.

How to Send Gift Vouchers To send a gift voucher, please click on the "Send Voucher" link in your shopping cart. To send a gift voucher, we require the following information from you: the recipient's first and last name, a valid email address of the recipient, the desired amount (you can also send partial amounts of your credit), and a brief message to the recipient. Please double-check your information before sending. You can always make corrections to your information before sending.

Using Gift Vouchers for Purchases Once you have credit available, you can use it to pay for your order. During the ordering process, you will have the option to redeem your credit. If the credit is lower than the total value of your order, you will need to choose your preferred payment method for the remaining balance. If your credit exceeds the value of your order, the remaining credit will be available for your next order.

Redeeming Gift Vouchers If you have received a gift voucher via email, you can redeem the amount as follows:

  1. Click on the link provided in the email. If you do not have a personal customer account yet, you will have the opportunity to create one.
  2. After adding a product to your shopping cart, you can enter your voucher code there.
